Policies
At Triplet Hearing & Balance Centers®, we are dedicated to providing access to quality hearing
aids, diagnostic testing and hearing health care services in Arkansas
and south central Missouri. All patient treatments
are individually designed.
We
provide:
- Evaluation
with state-of-the-art methods and equipment
- Referral
to physician if a medical problem is found
- Hearing instruments
of the highest quality -- custom made to suit your needs alone
- Maintenance
and repair -- 24-hour in-house, 1 week by manufacturer
Billing
We maintain complete patient records by voice activation or manual
data entry. We provide electronic insurance billing, monthly statements,
appointments and annual hearing test dates for patient records.
Financing
Options
It is possible to have improved hearing today and take several months
to pay. We recognize the need for a definite understanding between
our patients and our offices regarding financial arrangements for
hearing care services. We are pleased to offer extended terms with
approved credit.
Payment
Options
At Triplet Hearing & Balance Centers®, we recognize the need for a definite
understanding between our patients and our office regarding financial
arrangements for hearing care services.
- Private
Pay:
When hearing instruments are ordered, a deposit of 1/2 the contract
price is due. The remaining balance is due when the hearing instruments
are dispensed, unless other arrangements are approved.
- Commercial
Insurance:
It is the responsibility of the patient to pay for products
and services as rendered, unless prior arrangements have
been made. NOTE: Triplet Hearing & Balance Centers are
not participating providers of insurance programs. We will
electronically file insurance claims for a patient if they
have hearing benefits. We file as a nonparticipating provider.
Patient's are directly reimbursed from the insurance company.
Regardless of your coverage, it remains your responsibility
to pay for all services and products provided by Triplet
Hearing & Balance
Centers.
- Medicare:
Medicare will not reimburse for hearing instruments or hearing
evaluations for the purpose of fitting a hearing instrument.
- Credit
Cards: We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard.
- Optional
Bank Financing:
Bank financing is available with approved credit. Discuss the
financing options with your hearing healthcare professional.
- Sound
Choice (a division of Care Credit): A
flexible monthly payment plan used by patients for their healthcare
needs. Discuss this financing option with your hearing healthcare
professional.
